  • What is non-emergency medical transportation?

They can include (but are not limited to) doctor visits, surgeries, mental health, wound care, dialysis, substance abuse, etc.

  • What situations could I use non-emergency medical transportation?

There are a variety of different ways that you may need to utilize our services. Some include:

    - You need to travel to medical appointments that do not require immediate attention (doctor visits, surgeries, mental health, wound care, dialysis, substance abuse, etc.)

    - You are not able to utilize free ride services, including public transportation or family/friend care

    - You have handicaps or physical limitations that might require additional care

  • What makes us different from emergency transportation services?

The main differences between our services and emergency/ambulance services is that our rides are scheduled in advance and are for non-life-threatening medical matters. We require advanced reservations and pre-authorization, while emergency services are used for urgent medical situations where no pre-planning is required. If you are experiencing an urgent health matter, please call 911.
